I’m Simone, a multi-passionate small business strategy and operations leader based in Los Angeles.

In Person:
I was born and raised in Germany and spent my teenage years living between the DMV (PG County) and my hometown near Munich. I became a paralegal (certified by the Munich Bar Association) and worked for one of the top international law firms as a partner assistant. After six years in the legal field, three years as a flight attendant for a major US airline, and multiple years as a digital project and operations manager, working with online course creators and eCommerce brands, I became a licensed esthetician in 2019 and opened my business, Nimāni Skincare. In mid-2020, I joined a growing startup business as employee #1. As Director of Operations, I managed two eCommerce brands (one of which was a skincare line), the founder’s rapidly growing personal brand, and her small business advising program.
In July 2022, I launched UNDASHED to provide small businesses with a better approach to strategic operations.

I take a holistic approach to supporting the CEO as the visionary and leader of the business and tap into my skills across project management, contracts & negotiation, financial oversight, team development, products and pricing, and personal brand management to turn their vision into executable strategies and drive the business forward.
