Strategic Planning is an 8-10 hour virtual or in-person (in LA) strategy sprint for CEOs. Structured in two 4-hour sessions and one 60-120 minute handoff session, we'll review business financials and current operations (including software, costs, team, projects, etc.) and create a growth, impact, and time plan for the year and beyond.
